I proceeded to read their ad and everything seem genuine as far as any advertisement should be. While filling out the info that was asked to complete my purchase, I started thinking maybe this price onthe item was too good of a deal.

I tried to close and go back on the order, but it had already completed the transaction.

I tried to contact the company with the information that was on the home page,to ask if they could take the charge off seeing it was onlya few minutes prior the order had been made.But to no avail, I did not get a response from that email contact they had down..and I realized also, that there was not a phone number to call(something I would normally call beforebuying anything online).

I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. However, three weeks later the boots came in the mail. When Irecieved the packageit was already tattered and with labels on them from bejing and words I couldn't understand. The outer package was bad enough, I thought, until I tore off the packing and looked at the box the ugg boots came in! For one it was smashed..It wasn't even the original box, the label of the boots was of another kind of boots. It did not have the on the side of the top lid(was an old box..but the kicker was the boots itself! They stated it was authentic and genuine ugg boots..Well, the fur was synthetic..the stitching was already coming loose..not of the same color of the original..there was no r symbol indicating it was registered ugg...the label was way down into the boot, and when reading it, it stated synthetic lining which uggs do not use..the rubber bottom was so hard you couldn't bend it..the label on the back was is not the same color...Well, let me put it this way...everything about it was not as it should have been as they showed in their ads...from color to height to just about everything!..

Needlessto say....my husband ended up using his credit card and went to our local store where they actually do sell the genuine and authentic uggs. BIG DIFFERENCE! Instead us saving on what we thought was a good deal, ended up costing us $80.00 more plus what the real ones actually cost!!!!

I want to return them, but there was no return address or number to call. And the box was so tattered it wasnot reuseable.I wish there was some way I could get my money back. Anyone want to buy a pair of UGG boots!!!??? knock-off that is!
