Junk system. not even worth $10.. do your homework and search for better other system. the system didn't work for one day the hard drive crashed, water got inside the so called Sony out door cam. truly junk

Must have been a fluke of a system. Mine works great!!!
I have sold a couple of these systems to some friends and their systems are still up and running Great.
No Hard drive issues at all.

Cheap system, you get what you pay for! I bought 3 units and they all failed within a year. There is no customer service, they never answer the phone or emails, so all 3 units were throw aways. If you are thinking about buying from these guys test out their customer service line at 866-551-6881 they never answer the phone.
