Be advised that Zold (doing business as Eco Alberta) and Rob Siegmund operate in business much like a Ponzi scheme, using revenue owed on contractual and financial obligations to fund the proprietor's lifestyle and future projects. This company leaves a wake of debt in their path, leaving vendors and suppliers in a state of non-payment. Furthermore, Zold/ECO Alberta feels it is their right to pay invoices at their discretion, if at all. Be wary that if you do business with this company, there is a good chance that you will not be paid. You are aslo potentially purchasing product/services that have not been paid for, and consequently, are enabling this behavior.

Hi
we are an Australian company that has also not been paid. He promises by phone and email, so far blaming his wife for not sending it, the postal system, the banking system and still no payment from January this year. I also understand there are many other companies and sales executives that have not been paid. Is there anything that can be done as to go to court requires considerable funds and participation.
