Zoom Auto Auction Sold a Lemon Miami, Florida

I bought a car at this dealer March 18, 2011...as we were driving it home the car started heating up...at one point someone told us that the car was on fire. I called the dealership and told them what was happening. He showed up with his mechanic and eventually took the car back with him to get fixed. I ended up being without a car for about a month. Eventually we got the car back and, once again, had more problems. He also told me that he was fixing the car as a favor and to keep in good standing. The car has been towed from my home on numerous occasions after he supposedly fixed it. He also told me that he was delaying my payment for a month due to the fact that I didn't have a car to drive. At one point he said he changed mechanics because the prior one wasn't doing the work correctly. We finally got the car about 3 weeks ago and now again are having problems with it. If he basically changed the engine, like he said, why do I still have a car that is not working? I feel that I just gave this guy my money (and still paying for it) and have nothing to show for it.

The damages to the above vehicle were caused by you, after you purchased your auto, you went to Advance Auto Parts in Hialeah and purchased something for the engine, you spilled it on the exhaust manifold and that caused the fire.
You should consider happy that I am a decent person that fixed your car even though it was sold AS IS.
Seems that if you inform the public the truth, you would show that you lack total competence regarding the facts that you wrote.
