| This website say they do 24 hr graphic designs for album covers this is not true matter of fact these people are scam artists Isent them 50 $ cause they said they had to be payed up front its was a friday I called them saturday to see if it was finished they said 24 hrs but nobody answered the phone they texted me back and said they dont work weekends i said ok i can wait till monday I gave them a call that monday nobody answered I kept calling throughout the week and never got in contact with anyone it took me a little bit to figure out I just got scammed over the internet I never got my album cover and im out of 50 $ well really 67$ cause it cost 17 $ to send it western union I dont want to see nobody else get scammed for there hard earned money so please help me shut this site down and get my money back if possible they cant get away with this ....... |

Here is a link to your artwork that you did in fact receive. It is also stated directly on our Terms of Service page that the 24 hour turnaround is only monday through friday. I remember speaking with you about this. Shame on you for posting this on here.

real is real i had the chance to deal wit 24hrgfx and my shit tight cuddy...turnaround time was just as they said and i advised them i didnt want a 24hr turnaround...i let em take there time and im happy i did...if u think im tryin to help them keep a good standing in tha publics eye...ur right i am cuz im really happy wit my work...i looked at countless graphic artist work before i made my choice n i must say that after i saw joe's work my mind was made up...i too was a lil shakey bout sendin tha money but scared money dont make money...but if thats wat happen in ur situation thats fucked up n im sure the team at 24hrgfx are willin to fix it...all i ca say is my shits dope...c for urself...

| LOL wow you really sent me my artwork a week later it took 8 days not including weekends you never answered the phone one time .What type of business does that you text me back a couple times saying you had it done but never sent it and I still never got a call from you aplogizing for the inconvenience or nothing what do you expect a person to think when you take there money call your self a business but you never answer the phone once sound like a scam... 24 hr graphics thats false advertisment what if someone is on a dead line come to you expecting a 24 hr turnaround you do good work just change your name get rid of that 24 hr guarantee answer the phone when clients call or call the client that would make the person your doing business with alot more comfortable |

| Ok I got a update on 24hrgfx they got my artwork to me real late a week late but the cover real nice this place do real good work but its just not 24 hrs and they dont answer the phone but I do wanna take back when I said it was a scam cause I did get my artwork even tho it was late and I cant lie its on point and they even sent me my print copies after I posted my complaint and they saw it so they good people ... |

| Yea they are a horrible 24 hr business they never answer the phone or return phone calls I called two days in a row and left several voicemail and still nada but after seeing all the bad scam reviews I won't use them or refer them they don't give a shit about customer satisfaction or honesty it needs to called.
