I can't believe that I fell for the same scheme again! 2 years ago Vacation Promo called me with what sounded like a great vacation deal to Florida. It's a long story but they took 6 mos. to refund my $398.00. I Faxed them numerous times, filed report after report with AM Exp., the BBB, scam Report.com etc. Supposedly they filed for bankrupcy and are now using the same tactics only under the name of 4 Star Getaways. They outright lied to me on the phone and acted like they had never heard of Vaca Promo. My AM Exp. statement showed this latest charge to be from (GUESS WHO?) V.P. Please don't fall for their lies and deciet!

I paid $700 for my promised vacations. I was told I would receive the paperwork soon, but guess what. I am still waiting after 8 weeks. I have called all phone numbers I received and cannot get through to the company. I just want my money returned. And I will spread my problem everywhere I can to save anyone else the same trouble.
