They are not solving my issue

I noticed a fraudulent charge of $82.53 on 6/27 on my bankstatement. As it was in the late evening and July 4th weekend and I did not want to forget to call about it, I pressed the "contact us" button and proceeded to e-mail about the charge. Supposedly I had charged the $82 to Shanghai and also received 2 surcharges on top from 5/3 for them having to make the exchange in money. I informed them I did not make any charges that day in that amount, much less order anything and could they please explain the purchase. This e-mail was sent on 7/3.
On July 8th I received an e-mail from [email protected] informing me they were the third party handling my case. They said the merchandise I purchased had been sent and gave me a tracking number - in oriental writing. I tried to track it to see what is was and was informed the number was too short. I e-mailed them back on July 9th explaining this.
They contacted me on July 12 and said "We at (visamasterpay.com) ..." This time they wanted my orginal order number. Of course, since I did not place the order, I do not have it. By this point I was getting frustrated. I searched them and found on this site they are a fraud. I am on vacation. When I get home, I am contacting my bank, showing them the e-mails and praying they will put the money back in my account.

[email protected] appears to be a totally fraudulant "independent 3rd party institution!! When you fill out a complaint on their website, submit gets you a "sorry, you must send to [email protected] which is where you are in the first place. I've been trying to resolve an issue with an erroneous purchase from the Microsoft Store via the "Gray Company" since 07/02. I've filed a dispute with Chase credit cards but am getting nowhere with anybody else. I have the documentation from the original "purchase" and cpy of the e-mail from the csreason outfit. This is for a $103.08 charge.

Unfortunately I think I have been a victim of this scam also. I purchased a pair of uggs from a website uggeden.com. Before purchasing I searched for the website and found no articles related to scams or so on so i ordered them but i immediately got an email from sitecomplaint.com telling me to contact them should I have any problems. I've tried to contact the orginal company i order from but with no luck :( should i bother writing to these people?

Oh dear! I too purchased boots from uggeden.com - and searched scam alert sites before doing so. As soon as I received the email from sitecomplaint.com I became suspicious, so have contacted my bank and cancelled all cards. It is a scam, unfortunately.

oh yes, i also got similar email this morning, i tried to purchase on www.popcoachsale.com yesterday, after i finish the payment, it showed "failed", i thoguht this order didn't work. Then i got email from [email protected], it called i would pay 193.9 to SHutoine rearthy AG, what is this ? and told me if i have any question go to www.sitecomplaint.com, then i gave them email and calls, then no boby there, i think i am another victim.

Unfortunately, it looks like I might be another scam victim... I purchased MBTs from MBTeden and payment got taken via sitecomplaint.com. I got no confirmation email from MBTeden, only a dodgy looking email from sitecomplaint.com, which is when I got suspicious. My bank tells me I have to wait 31 days before I can lodge a "goods not received" complaint with them :-(

It seems I am another victim. I went to order a pair of jordan shoes from a site and after making the order I wanted to go back to site to check on my order and try and get an update on it. When I went back to try and pull up the site I was told it could not be found. I recieved the email right after the transaction that if I had any complaints to contact sitecomplaint and so I did but I doubt anything will happen. My charge is still pending and I work at a bank, so I am going to try and dispute the charges tomorrow and see what happens. I will keep everyone posted!

i ordered a couple of hats from hatscollection.org and after the payment was done visamaserpay sent me an email saying that my order number was x and so on and now its been like 3 days and the order its still "processing".

so its not just me then. I have having issues with these people now. Emails are flying between us both. I have kicked off and complained. They asked me the site name I bought my 'uggs' from that by the way were delievered in a clear bag. They have asked me for the long number they quoted me, of which I have provided, I have now sent them the email they originally sent to me and told them if they can find the number they are asking for then they can keep my money. Its not on there so they need to forward my money. crooks

another victim. i bought 3 cartons of newport cigarettes with a charge of $108.81 on 17th of sept. i tried any way possible to cancel my order the same day i made my purchase and i got an email from [email protected] saying i was going to get a response within 48 hrs.., its already been a week and i still have no response. i wish there's something i can do to at least get my money back. forget the cigarettes!

i ordered a cycling jersey from moto_cyclings for USD47.99 on 26 Sept 2011. They promised to deliver within 5 working days. It is now 27 Sept 2011 and I have not received the delivery. I sent e-mail to [email protected] and was responded with permanent delivery failure. Then, there is this [email protected] advising me to complain should I have problem with my order. I got no response from either [email protected] (supposedly the supplier) or [email protected] (the third party handling the case). I believe I am victim of a scam.

This is another website in the sitecomplaint web of fraud called www.lyleandscott-poloshirts.co.uk
They are not too be trusted i ordered two ralph lauren polos from them and soon after recieving an email from sitecomplain.com realised they were part of the fraud i am currently waiting for my goods if they come which i hope they dont as it will be easier to get my money back from the credit card company..

I to have become a victum, to this scam.. I placed an order through a http:/boundless web site, and my credt card company even stopped it, and contacted me to verify if it was a legitimate purchase. I authorized the charge. Have tried contacting the original web site, but the email address of course does not work. I have signed back into the website and removed my phone number for the contact page, and have sent them messages through the "contact us" link on the website. I have received correspondence email back, but still not my order. I even received a tracking number, and it arrived, only to be a letter from south africa, saying that my order had been delayed beacuse they were out of stock, and another number and email address that did not work if I wanted to cancel my order. I sent email to [email protected], and have not received anything from them, and now I'm not expecting to.

Became suspucious after payment was accepted and upon recieving no confirmation except that of a dubios e-mail from sitecomplaint.com.

Seems like these types people are opening 'shop' all over the web and sitecomplaint.com are more than happy to tag along - total bastards.

Same thing happened here - stay away from emtcompany.com - they say they sell laptop chargers for cheap, and that's exactly what they do. I ordered a brand name samsung charger and I got one of those cheap $3 ones with the multiple tips that just pops and breaks as soon as you plug it in, not to mention it came cracked open. I'm lucky they charged me through PayPal so they don't have my credit card #.

Don't buy anything from yourgolfmall.com either. I bought a driver from them and received a suspect email from sitecomplaint.com. I became suspicious immediately. Why an email from these jokers and not a peep out of the seller? I sent them both a couple of emails and got no response within 24 hours so i canned my credit card so i won't be charged. Now that i have seen all these posts my actions were completely vindicated. Theiving parasites. I will never divert from Ebay again!!!

i am having the same issue with this sitecomplain.com i just recently order my beats headphone and there is no customer service number to call them. i only order one item and now they say i order almost three items for double my money i dont know what to do now

Unfortunately, I am experiencing similar difficulties with sitecomplaint.com. I ordered Diesel jeans from a company call afstock.com. [email protected] withdrew funds from my account. I had no idea either company was based in China. When the merchandise arrived, it was not what I ordered at all. I think the jeans are either knockoffs or really old leftover Diesel jeans. I have yet to receive any response from afstock.com. sitecomplaint sends out identical, automated responses to every email I have sent. I hope my bank will help resolve this matter, but I'm pretty sure my money is in the wind. Beware!

I believe I may have been scammed ordered 2 jerseys from BUYNFL.net and when I went to track the order the website is gone. I received an email from creason and I have been emailing them every hour on the hour, I guess I will call the credit card company and have them stop payment
