6th Planet Auto Parts Saturn Used Parts Store, Arcadia, FL Took my money, but never delievered correct parts. Internet, Florida

Website appears impressive, so I ordered 3 parts for my daughter's Saturn SC2. Received the parts and 2 were didn't fit the SC2 and the third, a stereo, had a broken CD player. I found out it was broken only after installing it! Returned all 3 items to Used Saturn Parts. They didn't have the correct parts for the SC2 model (they originally confirmed parts were on hand). Melissa agreed to refund the price of the parts at $150. 6th Planet Auto/Saturn Used Parts Store pride themselves on knowledge of Saturns, but they didn't get 3 simple parts correct to my SC2. They took my money, but gave me nothing but a headache...no parts! It's been many months of emails, calls and letters without any results. Because I live outside the state of FL, they have taken advantage of the distance knowing that I have little recourse to recoup the $150.
