i ordered a north face jacket for my husband for christmas. i thought it was a real north face jacket because the online address was northfaceoutlet.com. that was not the case. i asked on more than one occasion (before the order was fully processed) of the coat's authenticity. i never got a reply yet they continued to process and ship my order even though i specifically said not to if it's not a real north face. i paid $150 for it so really wasn't saving too much. i contacted the customer service once it came in and quickly noticed it was a fake. the fleece lining was a plastic like pleather and the goretex word said goldtex. they not once apologized or offered to return my money. instead they wanted pictures of the jacket, which i sent. they replied to me by saying they cannot accept it because nothing is wrong with it. yeah they were right, other than it being a piece of crap plastic garbage bag that was $150. i am still trying to get my money back but at this point just feel really taken advantage of. i totally thought everything about the site was legit.
