I recently did business with 8LUGTruckGear.com. I was buying some suspensions from them that they told me to buy for my truck. I paid $1,200.00 for these suspensions. I had been waiting for 3 months for them to FINALLY get to me which was totally unacceptable. I was begining to think that they had robbed me and that i would never receive my part. I wasnt too far off. When i finally received my part I tried to put it in only to find it didnt even fit. It was the same part the guy on the phone told me to buy but it still didnt fit. I gave them a call to tell them my problems and they told me that I ordered the wrong part and that it was my fault. I asked to speak to the guy that i talked to before but they said he was unavailable. So to prove that they had sold me the wrong part i asked to liten to the recording of the conversation earlier. Turns out that the recording had been conveniently currupted and it could not be played. They then began to tell me i was stupid for not researching what to buy in the first place and that it wouldnt have even mattered what their employee said in the first place, they still would not have given me my money back. These poeple are the worst with customer service and my part came 3 months later than the shipping date said it would come. These parts were too expensive to deal with a company like this.
