Poor Service Quality

We contracted with 9th sphere to create a website for us in December of 2011. They estimated that the project would take 8 weeks to complete. The final product was not delivered until 9 months later. Even after the project was complete we were unable to make the updates we wanted because the code was encrypted using a product called Zend Guard and Zend Optimizer. We are currently working on creating an entirely new website from scratch to replace the one created by 9th sphere. Paying over $35,000 for a website that will be taken down after 6 months just wasn't worth it. We strongly suggest you consider other alternative before working with 9th Sphere.
