AAA Careful Moving (and all of their other aliases) - This Calgary moving and storage company provided the worst moving service that we have ever had to date. Not only was the owner (Bob Carpenter) of the company extremely rude, he swore at me and my husband (actually you can consider it verbal abuse), severly damaged our property and charged an unauthorized payment to my credit card without providing any documentation or having any permission what-so-ever! They are also associated with Metropolitan Movers based out of Toronto which you will read a second scam report about! Do not hire this company or any company that is associated with Bob Carpenter or his wife Sera Carpenter. They do not provide the services that they claim to provide, their staff is not trained, in fact out of the 3 "professional and trained" movers we hired, it was 2 of their first days! BUYER BEWARE! Angry Customer
