I have had a very long horrifying experience with ABF U-Pack! I have been gouged once and put up a fight ever since. I have had payment turned away over 24 different times. People have hung up on me, when I call back I am told I am "harassing them". I have now been told that once again payment will not be accepted and my belongings are being SOLD! This company constantly changes things and the employees do not communicate with each other, at first. I have been pushed around and when I push back I am hung up on. I have been told this is going on to long, like I don't know that! The people at corporate take many many calls to get a call back. Everyone at this point is trying to ignore me and I am being forced to hire a lawyer to see justice. They try to make it seem like a none paying case. But it just is not. I have been trying and trying with no sucess. Just when I thought it would come to a decent conclusion and I would be reunited with my belongings no such luck. A company has no leg to stand on when they turn away payment, plain and simple. I think I challenged them and it became some kind of fight of who was going to win. Being a big company until I get legal help involved it seems they are! Don't ever use this company. The people that deal with customers seem nice but the other are not. I believe the fait of your shipment is in the morals of the people that run each local terminal. If you get ones with bad morals you are out of luck!
