absolute security did not get paid for my work fredericksburg, Virginia

i started off with adt back in july 2010. i sold my first system and the manager i was with, paul fleury, told me he would waive her activation fee of $99. when i sold my system, they told me i would make $300, but they would keep $50 for the application fee and the fee to do my background check. that was fine with me. when i left the company, i asked them when i would get my pay check. they told me 6 months after my termination date (which would be January 13, 2011). so i called them in decemeber to make sure i could still get my check January 13, 2011 and they said yes, it will be ready. i called them back January 11, 2011 to see if there was a certain time i could pick up my check. when i called they said i wouldnt recieve a check because they had to take out the $50 for the fees, $99 to pay the activation fee, and that there wasnt enough money to pay me also because my customer pays $30 a month for her system to be armed. do not become an employee of this company. they will screw you out of the money you worked for. you will work from sunrise to sunset and only "get paid" if you sell a system.
