Access Cash Solutions Deaf Loan Scam , Internet

I wanted to get a loan for building new computer tower so i asked for a loan of 300 dollars from this company... i am deaf and i thought that they will help me... anyway, they did approved me and asked for a picture of my Credit Card and Driver License so i did make copies of them and sent them by email. they said that they can't put 300 in my bank because " First tennessee has not added to the network" they said. so they sent me a check and i deposit it, it took about three days to show up in my bank. when it did, i buy all the part for my computers. anyway... back to the point. they said that i have to pay back 50 per month

Nov 3 -$50

Dec 3 -$50

Jan 3 -$50

Feb 3 -$50

March 3 -$50

April 3 -$50

which i have to pay back $600 dollars.... which i think is not right...

i did paid for Dec, then on Jan, i didn't have the money, they said that i have to pay 125 late fee, i asked them if that will affected my credit, they said that they can let me go just this time... but if happened again they will report it to credit thingy...

anyway back to point agian, i did pay for the late fee and 50 on Jan but i changed mind, i won't pay anymore because LOTS of my deaf friend said that it's scam.

I really don't know if it's scam or real...

I think u are right it is real scam. i learned from access says to me. something to me but i will scream for that if i will pay back $400 Oct and Nov pay back $500. For sure i broke and where rent.

read the loan disclosure agreement there it does says " The interest and fees of this note will fall around 200% APR. Exact APR will be presented in the loan schedule provided at the time of the loan request." get it? 200% interest and fees!!! i caught that before apply for it and decided NOT TO DO IT!! if u borrow from someone always read the contract with a magnifier espically the intrest and fees!! dont be a big dummy for not reading the contract if you dont understand it go to your lawyer and discuss with this the lawyer will explain you clearly
hint: one word can mean long sentence!

business is LEGIT, is cash advance business - high interest. compare to hearing businesses like zest cash. They are cheaper, but if qualify for bank or credit card, should not need emergency funds from cash advance. always use bank if can get loan, cash advances are last resort type business.

I used to Access Cash Solutions before I talked to company on VP it's real not scam...wanna show you a prove??? I really like the loan company better than other loan company.

50+50= $100 for Nov and Dec
Jan 3 -$50

Feb 3 -$50

50+50= $100 for Jan and Feb
March 3 -$50

50+50= $100 for March and April
April 3 -$50

total is $300!!! GET it??? You counted WRONG it's not $600.
