ADR solar Solutions Solar system installed never saved a dime woodland hills , Internet

I contracted with ADR in early 2010 and
at the time I thought the installation went well. I was saving money on my bill. In fact I was
up $.67. Later on DWP would not grant me the permit because ADR placed
the meter in the backyard when they knew I had dogs, which was against DWP
regulations. The solar was then disconnected and ADR never alerted me. When I
got the bill it was about $260, basically what it was before the installation .
I then called ADR solar and they refunded the bill. Eventually DWP
issued the permit . I was told by ADR I was all set and there would
be no further problems. However the bills remained at the high cost, which I
continued to pay. I have called ADR every time I had a bill, over this whole
year, and they have responded by telling me everything is working correctly. In
addition to these lies they have blamed me for the poor sunlight condition
saying I need to cut down trees in backyard which hide the morning sun. This is
news to me since the trees were in existence since the installation.
Additionally we live on the west side of a large hill which is what actually
blocks the morning sun. They continue to show up in my backyard without
knocking at the front door first and completely invading our privacy. I
reviewed all my bills and have realized NO DIFFERENCE OR NO COST SAVINGS. I
believe this is due to the fact it was never reconnected properly after the DWP
pulled the permit. They act as though they are making attempts to fix all
the problems , but they continue to create obstructions to fixing the problems. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ADR , they are only
interested in the quick sale .
