Adserversolutions / Gregg McKeown Theft of a US$999 bank wire prepayment (

Do not under any circumstances send this person any money! I sent $999 by bank wire to finally upgrade our existing software bought from Adserver Solutions several years in the past - however before even completing the transaction and download download, our programmer found a much better (and free) software for Linux - and so I informed Mr. McKeown that I had changed my mind and is there a way I could please have a refund of my funds that had been sent? His response, "Sorry there is not", 4 words, no signoff, nothing. Great customer service! I then went on to say that I considered his act the same as a theft and that if necessary I would take it to the police, to which McKeown went into defensive mode with the "Do what you want, now that you threatened me", never going to pay you. Again, very professional! Under no circumstances deal with these people - the do not even apperar to be a registered company, and they are shady as to their whereabouts to say the least - New Jersey, Winter Garden Florida, or California? They operate a lot of websites for ad software and outsourcing services, and should be avoided at all costs. I hope you enjoy the $999 Mr. McKeown, you are not likely to have many more paydays of that nature, so don't spend it all at once!
