AdzZoo Guaranteed my results. Did not perform according to promise. Refusal to refund as promised. McDonough, Georgia

While AdzZoo has a written guarantee of what they will do, they do not have a stipulation for lack of results. Their sales rep repeatedly made promises to me on the phone and in person of guaranteed results and satisfaction or I would receive a full refund if I was not satisfied after 6 months. My signing up was conditional on this promise and the entire campaign resulted in not one call, e mail or sale. I paid for results and received none. In addition, it took several weeks to get the landing page properly set up and with evidence of Facebook presence. No one I spoke to ever saw my ad on Facebook and this included hundreds of friends. AdzZoo has not tried to negotiate or make an offer of any kind to resolve this problem and refused my request for a refund of $2,729.61.

Unfortunately you had a bad sales person. But you are to blame yourself as well. I will explain why.

First of all I do not work with, condone, not support AdzZoo in any way. As a matter of fact, I used to be an AdzZoo customer until I didn't get the results I wanted nor what they promised too..

Your blame: There is not any type of Advertising in the world that can guarantee results. Period. That was the mistake you made. You were lied to, but how can they guarantee consumer behavior. Now with, Google Adwords, if done right (monitored, adjustments, etc) and working hand in hand with your agency, you can get results for most types of businesses. it's good to set expectations up front. Some just don't belong online yet as they are driven by word of mouth... we ask out friends and neighbors who they use.

I don't know what your business is, but Spiral Cities Marketing helped me after AdzZoo failed to deliver (a friend at Adzzoo was my sale rep). Spiral City laid out all of the pitfalls in advance and have called me regularly to find out if the phone is ringing. When it wasn't, they made continual adjustments until it did.
