Regarding the company Airportways.com I can urgently recommend NOT TO BOOK ANY TRANSFER with them. As a tour operator we have booked several transfers and they wasn't either delivered or with a bad service! The last transfer we booked for Cologne for Sep 16th was not delivered and we still wait for the reimbursement of our money of Euro 36,-! We also booked a group transfer half a year ago for Amsterdam for a small group of 10 Persons. We got the definitive confirmation of the rate of â‚¬ 186,- for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise ship. Now we wanted to pay and get the voucher and now they told us that the rate is DOUBLE AS HIGH!!!! No go, this is not a reliable company!

airportways.com is a reliable company, but if a supplier makes a mistake this is hardly their fault. They transfer a few thousand passengers monthly in Brussels only for 5 years. If they did such a bad service, they wouldn't be on the market anymore I guess. By the way they have very good rates, we work with them for many years without issues. They also depend on their suppliers, so if the supplier told them a different price, they are obilged to ask a different price from you as a tour operator...
