| Alberto Sotomayor, a real estate agent for Century 21 in Rancho Santa Margarita, California engages in unethical practices, harasses people endlessly in an effort to get them let him sell their homes on short sales, and continually places private information in UNSEALED envelopes on your front doorstep with the word URGENT printed in bold. All that's missing are neon signs and carnival barkers screaming "read me, read me" so that your neighbors will come running over to see the private information he discloses (including bogus claims that your home is being sold in foreclosure - even when that is not true). Calling Alberto Sotomayor and demanding that he stop his harassment does nothing - he'll continue invading your privacy and harassing you. Because he is even too unethical to use the US Mail and places the large UNSEALED envelops on your front doors, unwanted eyes can and do see what's inside - false information that you home is being sold in foreclosure. Inside that UNSEALED deliveries he bombards his victims with, are other false and deceptive claims. For example, he tries to get his victims to believe that he has been a realtor for 10 years; he states that he "has been in the business for 10 years." That, however is not true - in fact, when checking his license with the California Department of Real Estate, they report the following: License Type: SALESPERSON Name: Sotomayor, Luis Alberto II Mailing Address: 25 GAVILAN RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA 92688 License ID: 01860102 Expiration Date: 06/01/13 License Status: LICENSED Salesperson License Issued: 06/02/09 Former Name(s): NO FORMER NAMES Employing Broker: License ID: 01897784 Award-Superstars 7676 HAZARD CENTER DR # 300 SAN DIEGO, CA 92108 Especially note that Alberto Sotomayor was FIRST licensed on June 2, 2009 - just a little more than two years ago - not ten years ago as he claims. Alberto Sotomayor also uses his ceaseless harassment to try and steer his intended victims to "reputable companies" to help with loan modifications and he does this on Century 21 stationary. Just how many ways can you spell SCAM? Run, don't walk from this guy! Like a leech, he won't let go and will keep harassing you - even when you demand that he stop. If you're being harassed by Alberto Sotomayor, make sure you file complaints against him with the California Board of Real Estate. |

I am responding to this person's report about me because I pride myself in great customer service & this report is based off of someone criticizing one of my marketing pieces.
I am sorry for this frustrated homeowner who received information about their house foreclosing from me. As a professional in the real estate industry I do not want to see a homeowner lose their home to the bank. When a house goes into the foreclosure process all the information is public.
What has happened with this person who has wrote this review about me is angry because they do not like the marketing material that was delivered to them. It is very clear that their mortgage is more than 90 days past due and there is an auction date for the home to be sold.
This person has never used my services so they are misleading you. I believe that it is my duty as a professional to try to help and educate homeowners what all of their options are so that their home does not foreclose.
In regards to the amount of time I have been in the business. Yes, I have been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. I started back in 2001 on the finance side. I have been licensed as a real estate agent since on June 2, 2009
Instead of reading a report from someone who has never done business with me let me share with you some client reviews who have actually worked with me-

case. If your looking for customer service that goes above and beyond
then look no further. The decision to sell our home was somewhat painful
but Alberto was able to adapt to our needs and create an experience
that was smooth and seamless. He's like an extra strength Tylenol when
you feel that headache creeping on. He knows what he's doing on the real
estate side of things and that was apparent from the start but when he
took time (and I mean a lot of time) to help us move, we had to find a
