Position Overview: Position is for immediate hire.
Part- time (20-25 hours/per wk: Monday Thursday) off on Fridays.
Flexible Hours: but ideally 9:30 am to 3:30 - paid weekly
Provide direct assistance to the firm's head Attorney and head Paralegal/ Office Administrator.
Filing (sometimes heavy) and must be able to lift up to 25 30 lbs files/boxes.
Answer phones and take (accurate) messages.
High level multi-task skills required.
Scanning/Copying
Courthouse document filing and retrieval of Court files (knowledge of all boroughs is helpful).

I'm looking for someone that can be prudent and reliable to work very well with good understanding as my Personal Assistant/Receptionist.This position is home-based and flexible,working with me is basically about instructions and following them,so this person has to be very close to a computer as there could be some urgent errand that is needed to be passed across.
