All My Sons Moving And Storage of Nashville David Stange 12,000 worth of furniture damaged in a 2 mile move Nashville, Tennessee

I only moved 2 miles and I have a 3000SF house full of damaged furniture. I used All My Sons Moving and Storage of Nashville. I cannot get anyone to return my calls at All My Sons and I am not going to go through the ridiculous claim form for a whole house full of furniture when I have read that their claim management company is bogus anyway. My furniture was new and was never moved our of my previous home until this move by All My Sons. I have damage to all of my furniture in my house 12,000 worth of which I have invoices for. I have tried to contact the company but no one will talk to me. I have tried to email the Sr. Moving Consultant that came out to meet with me and he will not even respond. I do not want to back down to this I want to stand up for all the other people who have been through this as well and just gave up because they make the process so hard. They try to make it seem like it is your own fault and that they have never had any complaints before. I even have family heirlooms that cannot be replaced. Most of my furniture cannot even be fixed, so all I have asked for is $2800.00 in moving fees returned to me. It seems like it would just be easier to refund my money rather than let me be an unhappy customer that will tell others. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. Not responding to me only makes me more disappointed and leaves me with a feeling that I as a customer was unappreciated and taken for granted.
