They said they would "disasemble and reasemble" my furniture. They took everything apart, including pieces the original manufacture never took apart. Problem is they only brought 1/3 of my things so all the nuts and bolts etc are missing. What furniture I have I had to go to the hardware store to buy new screws etc so we cpuld use it. When I asked them why they were taking everything apart they said it would be better! Better for who? Now everything is in pieces If you do make yhe mistake to hire these clowns, at least don't let them take ypur things apart. They lose everything! I have somebody elses kitchen aid mixer, a decrative flag, a book shelf, part to their chair, and some other things If you are moving from one coast to another probally to be on the safe side just boycott any movers from San Jose CA They use so many names, its hard to keep up with which is wjich so my advice boycott all of California movers!!" Not only was this expensive it isn't even a finished job. Run run as fast as you can from these guys they are liars, theives and lazy!!! My livingroom looked like the back of a storage unit. They just stacked it all in the front room!!
