Allied Wallet is a payment processor, much like PayPal. They provide the software to enable websites to process credit cards. Blaming them would be like blaming Toyota for someone random bum stealing your car.

Typically, in these scenarios, you simply call the payment processor (In this case Allied), and let them know what happened. They are should be more than willing to refund your transaction and will likely shutdown the scammy company that stole your money!
