AlliedBarton Discrimination and Unfair Labor Practices Internet

After 15 years at a site I was told I was being replaced by someone that had never worked a day at the site. I was the Account Manager with no disciplinary actions against me in all my years. The management is all about Micromangement. They make all the decisions and treat people like they are dirt. They lied about my pay raises, they lied about my vacation and they lied about my overtime. Ron Martel, Larry Christine and Glen Schnitzer are the worse management I have ever encountered in 30 years of employment. Why was I replaced ? AlliedBarton lost the contract at NASA and had an extra account manager. I accuse AlliedBarton of Discrimination, Harassement, and Unfair Labor practices. I have all my documentation despite the fact my email was froze to prevent me from obtaining evidence. I printed all emails before that was done.

Monmouth Junctions Office NJ: ALLIED BARTON is NOT what is appears to be: As a 40 plus African American Female, with College and Law Enforcement experience has been looked over for promotions and instead they have hired Caucasian Males who are less qualified and no experience. Allied Barton has different pay rates for some African-Americans versus Caucasians.

The Recruiting department hire family and friends over active employees at a glance and lie about openings to avoid putting African-Americans or women who are considered over weight in these positions.

Allied Barton claims they will promote or transfer an employee with in 6 months of active duty and they believe in empowering within. This is an untruth if you need to work for these people please bare in mind if you are Afro decent ..your chances of evolving is slim to none.
