buyer's concessions

Because of the buyer's concessions of $11,199 which was built into my sales price, which I give back
to the auction house from gohoming.com.
Because it looks like on the HUD that I am getting true closing costs which I am not, my Lender could
not get me the Loan a week before closing because of the financial numbers. We asked the bank
to reduce the sales price $4000 roughly along with reducing the costs by $4000 a wash. Now I could
get my Loan but for no absolute reason they would not do it. I could not get a loan now any where. All
the same guide lines. Is this a scam or what. Altisource representing Wells Fargo says the Seller
Wells Fargo says NO. we kept asking and asking. I could not close escrow because of this. I told
them I am bringing in a check for $11,199 to the auction house NO MATTER WHAT. They still would
not do it. I had a $14,000 non refundable check in escrow that they kept. I want to know who to
contact now. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER BUYERS HAVE HAD THAT HAPPEN TO THEM
