Just as the others described, "smooth talking con-artist". People beware, once he's got a hold of your money, he will not return phone calls nor emails. He tried to recruit a friend of mine into the company, told him to open an off shore account. He's got everything in his wifes name, Sandra Pates. He's got an elaborate office set up in his garage with video monitors, as soon as you pull up to the house, you'll notice security cameras. Makes you wonder why...? He uses religion to lure poor, innocent people to believe his lies. Tells them "God" has blessed him with the ability to help others save their homes, needless to say, they're left without a home. He has stolen from many people and states he doesn't have the ability to pay you back. It must be nice for Alvin, Sandra, and their 2 children to have a nice, warm meal every night with "STOLEN" money. Makes you wonder how people like this can sleep at night?
This man should be behind bars along with his wife!
