Problem: "color" ink cartridges that have only red ink...contacted mfg. who said they are guaranteed for life but have to go through reseller to get replacement.

Reseller IS American Computer Supplies...who looked at our date of purchase and immediately pronounced them "out of warranty", though no warranty was ever stated in the purchase.

After reading NUMEROUS scam reports and the better business bureau standing...

Bottom line - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
