Just received a threatening phone call from an indian speaking person named Adam McCall. He claims that I or my attorney need to contact American Law Division immediately as the matter is very sensitive. I am being threatened that a financial lawsuit is in my name and social security number. These losers called under a different name, same voice, last month about some payday loan that I owed money to. Being that I never took one out, I played along and asked.. what is the name of the company. He told me that I already knew. So I was able to block his number from my company phone. Then they call under an anonymous number which I cannot block. Number left was 508-556-3727. Beware of these individuals and always request anything in writing and never agree or authorize them to do anything to your account. Be aggressive and always answer no to anything they ask. Best way to get this to stop.. don't pick up. The more you talk to them, the more they will harass until you do give in. Just ignore the call. It will eventually stop.

The very same thing happen to me User812770! This foreign speaking person left message that my "social security number" was under investigation. Yeah my ss #, not me! The same person called last week 3 days in a row asking for my bank account number. I just called and asked for their company name and what city their office was at, the man hung up the phone on me. I called back, he got irrated and hung up on me again.
