American Residential Law Group ARLG fraud, took money with no results, notified that couldn't work outside FL after money paid edmonds, Washington

In November 2010 I talked with ARLG because our mortgage bank, Flagstar, drug us along for 6 months and then said they couldn't help with loan modification and within days had a foreclosure on our property. ARLG said they would get paperwork and find all wrongs this company did and stop the sale of our house. I paid 1000.00 down and they kept in contact but said it could take 60 days to see results. In meantime, made another 1000.00 payment and was feeling uncomfortable. We have a voice mail on our phone saying they stopped sale but that was a lie. They submitted my hardship letter I had written Flagstar and they stopped communicating. In January our house was bought by Fannie Mae, we never had any meetings no nothing. We are not able to hire a lawyer right now, but I think lawsuits should be filed against ARLG, Flagstar and Fannie Mae. We lost our home after losing our business and banks, car companies etc... being bailed out What about us?

I know it is probably too late, but I want to let you know what i have discovered.

ARLG is obviously a scam. You do not need to be told that.

ARLG's caseload was turned over to Summit Legal. Summit is also a scam that victimized my daughter. Fortunately, we were able to elevate the case to the Office of the President at the Lender and save the house.

I would suggest you do the following.

Call the Florida Bar and find out if there are any actions against ARLG. If there are, you may be entitled to some relief. This is not an easy process.

At any point, did you have any contact with Summit Legal? If so, please provide contact information as a class action suit is in the works..
