Ameripark Stonebriar Centre Mall Rude Valet Disrespectful Beware Frisco, Texas

If you visit the Stonebriar Centre Mall you'll notice how crowded the parking lot is, especially during the holidays. A convenient alternative is to Valet Park your car. However, only do this if you want Ameripark to hassle you about tips and if you want them to disrespect your property. Parked my vehicle ( 12/21/11 ) with them and immediately they start haggling with you over additional services such as "car detailing". When I returned to retrieve my vehicle is when the trouble started. I was 45 minutes late which I did not know because nothing was posted about closing time. Fine, that is besides the point. The policy is to give the keys to security which would have been fine with me. Instead, the Valet attendant verbally insulted me stating: "Bro, you were about to lose your car to security. It's 45 min. after we close. Your late...etc." This went on for about 2 min and finally he just went and got my truck. Well, I don't feel this type of behavior should be rewarded. Upon return of my vehicle I gave him the $7 valet fee. He stood next to my door and said "What's up? You aren't going to take care of me for saying here late?" I said, "Not after those comments." Ameripark ruined an otherwise nice trip to Stonebriar Centre Mall. There are plenty of malls in the north Dallas area. Either park your car yourself or move on to another mall. If Ameripark treats their customers this way how do you think they will treat your vehicle? By the way Stonebriar Mall...we can get everything you sell at Amazon.com. I'd consider switching Valet services if I were you to avoid future loss of business.
