AmeriStar Tax Centers AmeriStar Unsatisfied, Unprofessional Johnstown, Pennsylvania

I called AmeriStar Tax Centers for help and the company was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say i trusted them and let them handle my case. The goverment still garnished my pay checks, which means it was taken care of the wrong way. I do not reccomend them.

AmeriStar Tax Centers helped me. I used AmeriStar Tax in March of this year. They helped my family at a very desperate time. Veronica my IRS representative at AmeriStar was very kind and explained everything, she calmed me down and worked very hard to present our financial profile to the IRS revenue officer. (When we called the IRS as they said on the levy letter, He wasn't caring or considerate at all). We waited too long to hire a company like AmeriStar to help us and my husbands paycheck was garnished and they took almost all of it. Veronica explained my options and within two days she call the IRS directly and asked for a delay in the garnishment until she could prepare my case. What a relief to get my husbands pay back.
