Hi, On 11/14/11 amershop.net's employees posted a fraudulent charge against my credit card. I never heard of this company and certainly would not use them because I'm completely capable of creating terrific photographs myself. Since two other individuals filed reports against amershop.net, I figured I'd add mine to the list. I've notified my bank but unfortunately they had to reissue a new credit card to me. I accessed the amershop.net website a few moments ago, and found the following suspicious looking error message at the top, listed approximately a dozen times: Deprecated: Function eregi() is deprecated in /home/amershop/public_html/includes/classes/language.php on line 87

I was hit with a charge of $6.93 on my card. I did NOT solicit any type of service from the company as I can do my own pictures. The charge was so small the bank stopped it before it could actually be charged but did not pursue the fraudster. After reading other reviews, I am now glad I check my accounts frequently everyday. I do hope they catch the criminals behind this! On a side note, my computer could not verify the certificate of the website; this usually means the site in NOT secured and can be used to gain information on those visiting.

I too had a charge of $4.94 on my card on 5/15/2012. I notified my bank, and, of course, they had to reissue my card. Why can't this be stopped? I never shop on line and wonder how these thieves can get away with this.
