it will show you all of his recent records of forgery and identity theft of which 2 of these have the potential of being class 4 felonies.

There is a charge for FAIL TO APPEAR for 04/05/2013 click on it, it says CAPIAS = bench warrant.

thomas andrew kopec seems to be active on linkedin and Skype. someone must get his real personal details so the police can track and catch him.
