Apartments Now Apartment Experts Beware of

Beware of when dealing with an apartment locator at this location. I dealt with an agent named Eden at this location. I truly believe she was looking out for me, that was until I found out the truth. However several months later I felt I was setup. She denies the claims to save her job, but at the time I was doing my application, she advised me that I shouldn't tell the apartment I'm moving in with a pet to save on fees. She claimed several people moved in with pets and the community never found out about them. She would say that it was one of the downfalls of the community that they charged a pet rent fee. While it was my choice to bring the pet in, I felt I had confidence knowing she was trying to save me money. It ended up costing me more money when the apartment sent me a notice 4 months later and my pet had not even done to distrub other residents. According to the business, it was because of a "guest card" that they provided to the apartment complex called Monterone. The guest card was provided in June, so would that matter in November? My advice is if someone makes any claims, get them in writing. And if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, so my advice would be find an apartment on your own. That way your not forced to like something you probably wouldnt have liked on your own.
