Apex Catfish Foundation
Apex Catfish Foundation They took my money, entered my proceeds on the website, but never sent it to me. Internet

Apex Catfish Foundation is a Scam. Please do not send them your money. I sent them a small amount to test them on the two weeks contract. I requested
to receive my profit of 112% and they credited my account with my principle plus
12% and show4ed a debit to their account, but they have never sent it back to my Alert
Pay account and will not respond to emails anymore. It makes me smile when people think they can steal from others and not have to
pay it back. The Subtle Law of this Dimension requires both the principle and interest
be paid back when someone is hurt, or stolen from. Only very unwise people try to
steal from others for their gain. In the end, they only steal from themselves, and what
they stole has already been repaid me multiplied in another way.

Yes, I have been SCAMMED by APEX CATFISH FOUNDATION too. Please find my mail to a chat room reporting this SCAM program based on my personal experience:

A Friendly warning!!!

Having invested in excess of $800 in the above mentioned Apex CATFISH Foundation via Alert Pay, I wish to report to you of my thinking that this Company is a Scam and a fraud - set up to make a big killing and run with unsuspecting investors any time now or in the future. It is also of interest to Alert Pay not to become a party which may possibly be opened to grounds of abetting and aiding Apex to defraud the unsuspecting public - under US, Canadian, Australian and other international (internet) trading laws.

I base my opinions on the following reasons:

1. A couple my portfolio of fingerlings of fish with Apex has matured, but the withdrawal request have been in the "pending" status for almost over 1 and 2 months respectively.

2. I am unable to logon to my Apex backroom to access my account details and current status, despite repeated requests to provide me with a new Pin. etc. I have with me a copy of mail from one Sarah Richardson (Apex Admin/support?) in which she informed me a pin would be sent but has not materialised, as we speak. (now over 2 weeks past)

3. Almost all communication for support and request for logon on deatils have been ignored and denied.

4. Intervention from fellow members on my behalf are being ignored, namely Steven Shooks, Mary Sablovs et al.

5. Requests for information on location of business, farms and areas of charity aid given are ignored and denied.

6. Apparently small investors who actively promote Apex are being promptly paid and lines of communication are opened to these in most cases. However, larger investors (such as I) are being totally ignored and treated with disdain and unprofessional manner - most importantly payments not forth coming..

I also wish to take this opportunity to request Alert Pay to get a refund all my investments from the said company on above mentioned reasons.

Sincerely yours,

Malcolm Roberts

That is a mail sent to Alert Pay reporting Apex CATFISH FOUNDATION as a SCAM program. They do pay infrequently small investors who tend to promote them - for obvious reasons. However, they will build their data base to procure all the investments before they RUN - like many SCAM programs have done it in the past.

BE WARNED FRIENDS.

I have told you now!

The Apex CatFish Foundation site has been down for days. It looks as if everyone who joined has been scammed

Their website is now non-responsive. They've only leased their site till the end of this year 2011. A quick whois check on apexcatfishfoundation reveals a lot more to support fraud
