STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I do not recommend this company at all. This is another company who doesn't care about their customer, its just about how much cash you can give them and how fast they can get out of your house. The service technician was very rude and actually told me to "shut up" while I was explaining the problem with my refrigerator. He was in and out of my house in 8 minutes - would of been faster if I didn't request the written estimate. Their representative spent two minutes inspecting my refrigerator (only looked at one thing), placed a call to the parts store and gave me a price of $185 total cost to fix my refrigerator and said I would have to wait 2 days for the part. When I asked what the latest appointment time was because as a single mother, who just moved to the area and who works 12 hours a day, I needed to arrange for someone to be at the house for the repair. He became very upset with me and actually asked me if I was going to do the repair or not, because if not, then I'm wasting his time. The service man made it VERY CLEAR that he stops working by 5pm. I could tell he didn't enjoy his work, that he does the bare minimum and doesn't care about anything except for making his money and moving onto the next sucker. I asked for the written estimate, which he was very hesitant to give me and is incomplete ('cold control $185' is all it says) and when asked how much for this estimate, he told me "20 bucks" which it isn't, it's $19.95. Sure, it's only 5 cents, but since his estimate came to $185, I could use all my spare change, right? I asked him when his last appointment of the day was - and again he made it very clear that he stops working at 5pm - and he doesn't live close to me either, and that I'm not the only one who has a family. He told me last appointment was at 4pm. The installation of my required part would be 15-20 minutes. After he left, I did some research - come to find out the part DOES NOT cost $89.95, which he told me he was charging me his price for the part. It's a $30 part. And with his installation charge of $95, I don't think marking the part up more than 100% is right - ethically or morally. So basically, if you want to get ripped off and if you want terrible customer service - then call this company. But I recommend that you stay away - especially from the miserable, short technician who obviously has a lot of personal issues.

VERY RUDE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. All the good reputations and stars are from their own friends and facebook buddies or may be from their own created fake accounts. If you made the mistake to call them and made appointment cancel it before it gets too late. This is a real friendly advice. Called them to make appointment and in less than 10 seconds the guy on the other side got so irritated I don't know why and started yelling at me how this thing started so bad as a starting point and may be I should look for another technician. Before I try to understand what happened he stated cursing. I hung up. I feel like this is my job to write something about it so they can not get away what they did to me. Can not believe these kind of people are in business. AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
