Last dec, my family which includes my self husband and 2 kids bought a mobile home here in arc cedar terrace. Before we were allowed to move in we had to have background check done . We were told during signing the lease that incase of a tornado to go to the wallmart . also that it was a safe community. Well that has changed now we have received fliers on both a man conficted of child porn and a man conficted of indecent exposure 3 times and yes they both live on our street . our street alone has at least 20 kids living on it if we have to have a background check why do pedifiles get to move in and make us worry more about our kids safty then we do already. also the office said they men did not live in the park yet lots of us and kids have all seen them . also as far as the storm shelter the other parks in ceda rapids have shelters with tonados around here in iow its unsafe not to have one they can afford to mve in 2 new 40,000 tralers to try to sell but cant build a shelter to protect its residents is rediculous and also no one is in the office or rarely i can count on both hands how many times during the summer when it was close to 100 degress out when the pool was open and it was closed by 5 pm if even open
