ok - to may2, 2011 - you can sue them and if you need more info feel free to contact me..........i worked there for 3 days last September (that is the amount of training you get) - the people you get at "Ask Now' range from ages 17 - 69 - // they are housed in a building that has only a number on it , no name - I did not even think I was at the right spot when I was applying - no one in parking lot and windows all grayed out - I hd to use the door bell - I thought it was a legitimate commucications firm - ok so I find out pyschic serv - no one during those three days I was there put me on the telephone until about 3 hrs before my last third day and yes , I accidentlly disconnected one call instead of transferring - this ws their reason for firing me - anyways, these people all have scripts to make it sound like they know who they are connecting you with and why - in realty, there are pages of people and they just click on whoever the feel like - I authorized nothing for services from these folks but day before Thanksgiving I got a piece of mail telling me I ad like 120 minutes..........thought maybe had cme with the hiring so I said the heck with it nd gve a call for about half hour -- today, I finally realized they have been taking out 40.00 a month from my checking acct - I have not been working so have not really been looking that close at my stastements plus that is where I keep alll of my money so was not really seeing a big difference in balance - so I emailed them - they sent back stating tht I subscribed and they would cancel my subscription for the future but I had 107 min left - I emailed back they hd better gd cr my account or come up with something in writing or a recording tht I auth this - they could not - but the "Director" sent me back an email that she would have accounting cut me a check "even though I spoke with Sandy Free Sprit on 11/25/2010 at 9:31pm for 33 minutes " and that she had a recording of that call........well if she hd a recording of that call from 11/25/2010, that means that a third party communications company who has not asked your permission to record, hs your info. The local police have been trying to shut them down for years but have not been able to get anything solid - once you are hired, they give you a code, you have to punch it in for a gate to open (I am telling you this place is more secure than Fort Knox) - then you park around back and have to push a buzzer to say who you are before they let you is a very dark place where people trade seats constantly - the other half of the bulding takes the pornography calls ..........and these are not transferred .........these are peoople ranging from 17 - 80 taking calls pretending to be your wildest dream (I kid you not, they asked me - before they decided where they wanted to place me to sound like an Asian wh*re with accent and all). The employee manuals , etc inclusive of their rules, that most places let you take home so that you know what the rules are - you cannot remove from the building..........and you have to sign close to 50 "I will not disclose' papers prob all of which I have violated...........These people need to be closed and those who associate with them.........I have reported the whole place to the FTC for recording without permission.........

Sandra is a former employee who worked for the company for 3 days. We tell all new hires that the first 90 days are probationary. In this case, her supervisor determined that she was not cut out for the job after 3 days. We would like to set a few facts straight:

1. All suites in our building have the name of our business clearly displayed on the door.

2. Our call center is a bright yellow with four rows of florescent lighting

3. We have no employees under the age of 18

4. Because we are a phone based business that is staffed 24/7, our parking lot is gated for the protection of our employees

5. We clearly state that calls are recorded for quality assurance.

We would also like to address the club membership she claims she did not set up. While in training, she was informed of the club packages and specials that we offer our customers. During this time, she asked her trainer, Peter, if she could sign up for a membership package for herself. She then voluntarily gave her credit card for the service. She actually implies that it was removed from her bank account, which we do not do. Months later she disputed ever using the service and claimed it was fraud. After being told that we can listen to the tape, she admitted to using 30 minutes with our Psychic Sandy Free Spirit. She at no time was lead to believe that it was an employee “gift” or perk. Ultimately, we gave her a full refund, including the amount that she used for her psychic reading. has been in good standing for a long time with the Better Business Bureau.

To the person complaining...Is the name of this company Full Spectrum Communications? If so they charged my credit card without my permission. I do not know what it is for, why they charged my card, or how they got my credit card information. It shows up as "website development ser727-5243900 FLUS". When you call them no one answers.
