On Oct. 14th 2011 I ordered some medicine from the provider and was quoted one price. After discovering immediately after that the price charged to my account was different I sent e-mails notifying them that I would like to cancel my order. After I notice it was well over the 24hr time frame given to receive a response; I then attempted to contact them by phone only to reach a non-working number. I notice my account was charged and no sign of correspondance was received by the company. I was later notifed by my health provider not to use the website after I was given the web address from that doctor's office. I had to patiently wait on the charge to clear my account in order to dispute the charges. This unfortuante event left me with not a penny to my name, because the company would not e-mail, call, or send a notification by mail stating that the order was canceled and the charge had been returned. I think they should shutdown the website until they have all sources of communication between the client and the customer properly working.
