Assurant Solitions Extended warranty Company lack of service - Internet, Florida

Over a month and half ago, my one year old GE microwave stopped working. Assurant Solutions was contacted and the name of a service provider was provided. I took time from work to accommodate the techâ€™s busy work schedule but he was a no show. Called Assurant again and was provided with the information for a new service provider. Once more, I took time off from work. This time the tech. actually showed up. He took a look a microwave for 5 minutes and stated that he needed a part and would order it. About a week later I contacted the tech and schedule an appointment. When he got here he stated that he needed an additional part and would need to order it. It has been over three weeks since that last visit from the tech. I have called Assurant AND the service provided daily. Assurant says that they need more information from the service provider to order a new microwave since they cannot find the part. Assuranceâ€™s excuse is that they have not been able to get the information from the provider to process this claim. What do I need to do to get my microwave fixed or replaced? I paid for an extended warranty that is pretty much worthless. â€œI would advise anyone NOT TO BUY A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY.â€
