FRADULENT DENIAL OF REFUND REQUEST Dear Sir or Madam: Hello and thank you for your valuable time and assistance in this important matter. I have been defrauded in the amount of $107.00 from AT&T services in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and I am told the same exact story, spun in different directions for the purpose of delay. I cancelled an order for Internet services because customer service failed from the onset. I was told that the entire refund process would only take 10 days beginning in January of 2011. Now its April and all I get is the run around. The total amount tendered was $207.50 on my part. I have to date, been refunded $100.00. The remaining balance of $107.50 was promised to take only 10 days. This was months ago. I have all relevant documents that show my original receipt for services in the amount of $207.50. I am owed $107.50. The AT&T Store for which this references is the store located at: 3708 Creekshire Court,
Winston-Salem, NC 27103 The phone number is 336.659.3873. The representative that was directly involved with my account set-up and partial refund request is Chris Burnett. I also spoke with the manager, his name is Greg? and again with Mr. Burnett on several occasions after the payment promises were broken yet again. Recently, I spoke with the President of the Winston Salem office, Mr. David Anthony, who assured me that this was overdue and would be taken care of. This is piss poor leadership, to say the least. Nothing has been done! Just talk. I spoke with his less than 2 weeks from the date of this letter. His phone number is 336-631-2043. This situation continues to cause me great mental anguish because of the lies and fraudulent deception. Not to speak of the deliberate indifference to my request for my money. This is stealing! My question is does the company involved with the recent merger talks know of the thousands of complaints on Ripoff REPORT? I look forward to your assistance. This agency has helped me greatly in the past and you are appreciated.
