IF YOU EVER PLAN ON DOING A HOME REMODEL YOU NEED TO READ THIS. Living the bathroom remodel nightmare courtesy of Atlanta Tile Installers and Floor & Decor. I hired one of their recommended installers. What a joke. Been (9) days since they started the installation on a project they estimated would take (5). Now they have to tear out the tile a second time. Still haven't finished the vanity area, m...aster bath, or shower. Waste is running at 50%. On my dime of course. The work so far looks like it was done by a bunch of amateurs. The first couple guys didn't even have necessary experience. I had to run one of them off the property last Sunday. Floor & Decor's response; "they don't work for us. You have to work it out with the installer". Yet when they are selling you the stone the story is far different..... I will never do business with them again. It's back to Home Depot or Lowes for me. It might cost more up front but you will save in the long run not to mention the frustration and headache alone the way. Please be sure to forward this to everyone you know. Hate to see someone else go through this mess.
