Attempted Break-in and Theft

Monster Mowers of Lancaster, California is a trash-out and clean up company owned by Matthew Jay Cohick.

Employees of Monster Mowers illegally trespassed onto a property to break into the home and steal all of a couple's belongings and threatened the woman legally residing there as a tenant. This took place May 2009 after the house was allegedly foreclosed with NO notice to the residents.

The forecloser was IndyMac Mortgage Services and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company and the broker-realtor property manager was Susan Kline of Remax of Valencia, -- all of whom were named in a lawsuit for code violations, conspiracy, fraud, negligence and willful disregard, along with Field Asset Services, Inc., the company that hired Monster to do its dirty work. All were guilty of concealing information about the incident from the residents.

Monster Mowers' owner Matthew Cohick later harassed the couple by phone over a period of two days, in an effort to intimidate them into silence over the Monster's illegal trespass and attempted break-in and theft.

I have read numerous reports that monster mowers (or is it mobster mowers?) do shoddy work in and around Lancaster, California so it's no surprise that they would resort to this kind of illegal activity. The owner is a jerk-off.
