Audubon Downs is managed by a woman who is hardly ever in the office and is frequently intoxicated when not in the office. She also lives on the property and is supposed to be available for emergencies but is frequently rude to the residents when they have emergencies. There is also supposed to be a security/courtesy officer on site, but he is frequently intoxicated and does not patrol the property like he is supposed to. He tells the residents to call him or to call the police when he does not feel like working, which is most of the time. The manager lets residents get away with lease violations. For example, the size requirement for dogs is 25 pounds and under but she allows the residents to bring in very large, and often aggressive, dogs. There is also supposed to be only one pet per apartment yet she allows the residents to have more than one dog which frequently run loose. She also lets certain residents get away with paying partial or not rent and there are several residents who are behind on their rent. One of the residents has been stalking and harassing (even screaming at her from her upstairs kitchen window and standing outside and flipping a certain finger at the other resident's kitchen window) another of the residents, who has written letters to the main office, yet nothing whatsoever has been done about this. The Facebook and blog pages for these apartments are also censored and posts which tell what is really going on here are deleted and the user banned.
