Austin's Collision Solution Eli Zapata unreasonable amount of time to repair car austin, Texas

Still dealing with them to repair my car. Drop my car off over 6 weeks ago for some small body repair and small paint repair. Told it would take 4 days, now 6 weeks later car is still not repair.Statefarm has already paid for the repairs. I have been calling for the last week everyday. Given many excuess why the job is not finsh. Started to feel something in my gut, looked at the BBB web site, they have 11 complaints with a rate of F.Twice, I drove by and didn't see my car.

I'm sad to see reviews like this because Eli has been a blessing to me. Got in an accident and my car was fixed beautifully and timely and even helped me out with the deductible! I will always take my vehicles there and always recommend my friends to him too. In fact, two of my friends have cars over there right now! Thank you to everyone over at Austin's Collision Solution!!!
