These people have been calling anywhere from 2-15 times a day. They start EARLY in the morning.
"This is auto loan network, we are calling you because the application you filled out has been approved'. Sometimes they'll give a name...sometimes not.
It sounds like the same man all the time...noisy background...maybe an 'Indian' accent.
(I don't know accents very well).
This morning it was 'David' who called. I have asked and asked these people to NOT call. I have hung up on them, hollered. I do believe they are deaf.
They are rude and I'm fed up.
This is a SCAM. They want your personal information, bank info and such. Do NOT give it to them.
I so wish someone could make them QUIT CALLING.
I don't know about anyone else....but, the background noises and the guy...he sounds like the same guy (to me anyway) that also calls and claims to be an attorney with Morgan & Assoc Law Offices.....which is ALSO a scam. |

I have also gotten multiple calls from this company. They say they are called auto loans network, and the man I spoke with today had a very thick spanish accent. i told him to give me the name of the company, and he said it was auto loans network..but wouldn't give me the address or the phone number. he did finally tell me it was 909-451-2846. He called from 975-905-0525. He also hung up when I asked him to repeat their phone number.
This is a phishing scam...they say they're calling with info about an auto loan i've been approved for, then they ask health questions. Over the next 48 hours i received about 30 calls from various companies who claim they receive their leads from online at some website.

I have received phone calls from them as well, again sounds like the same guy and same noise, same company name. This has went on for 2 months now. somehow they have recieved my social. I am now receiving letters from insurance companies (legit) where I have been denied for insurance (yes my credit is very bad, so they cant get nothing from me, but its still the point that they are putting hard credit inquiries on my credit, therefore dropping my low score even lower.
They call many times a day at all hours. They are very rude. I threaten them saying i have contacted my lawyer. That their calls are being logged and recorded. They tell me they dont care. Then I ask why do they continue to keep calling and they hang up.
They have now called me saying they were a police office "officer sabastian" that they is an affidavite against me, ( or however its spelled) that i received a fraud auto loan or something and I am being sued. I dont know. But I told them I didnt care that if it was real, I am sure I would be getting served with papers at my door from a local officer. They hung up on me. I never received those papers!
They have now somehow gotten ahold of my best friends number. I have no idea how. They claim I stole her social and got a loan under her name. and now I am suing her. yes thats right it makes no sense at all!!!
I need to know what I can do about this harrassment!!! Please Help! My headache is growing stronger each day!!!

| I got the same call saying that I applied for a $20, 000 auto loan and was approved. I'm going to forward the number to the Attorney General's Office. (510)943-3040. |

| Yea I keep getting the same calls. If you anyone finds a number I can call to get them to leave me alone please let me know. I have screamed at them to stop calling and they r using a blocked number so I can't even call back to complain I swear its the same two people that keep calling me. Im getting to the point that Im just going to curse on the phone not threaten but just say every bad word i can think of to harass them enough to stop calling. |

| my name is elise and i've been getting the same calls for about a week now! i dont know how they got my info but they say i'm approved then ask for my social?! how can i be approved if you didnt have my social in the beginning?! i'm so tired of them and their phoney lawyer talking bout their suing me and taking summoning me to court in California! |

| I have the same issue. I keep getting calls fro this guy all saying the same thing. I've been approved for an auto loan or this is ? from an attorneys office and I'm being sued. Ok! I too have asked them on numerous occasions to stop calling. They are now calling at 6 and 7 in the morning. this has been going on for 2 months now, so good luck to all of you. They do not get it! I have also listed all my numbers on the federal "Do not call list" it hasn't helped with these guys. Someone needs to look into this further and stop this guy! And yes it is too hard to keep track of a number as I have multiple numbers that they have called from. If anyone gets further with this please let me know. |

I am also joining the list of people who have gotten calls for the past two weeks. This started when I went car shopping and the dealership did a credit run. I have already purchased a car and they are still calling morning, noon and night, from different states and blocked numbers. Who can you contact?

I too am getting harassing calls from this "company" and no matter what I've tried, I can not get them to stop calling me. Sometimes the numbers are blocked or "unknown" but the others come from all over the place (NY, MO, TX, IL) and all keep asking for personal information. When I've attempted to call back, the phone advises this is not a working number. I've listed them as harassing numbers in my iPhone and assigned a silent ring but they keep changing the numbers and calling. Who can I direct my complaints too that can actually do anything about it? I was looking for a price quote on a new vehicle and bam, these calls several times a day for the last two months phishing for information.

it is a indian accent and when i ask to speak with a supervisor they hang up
they are a major scam. they claim they work with 1000's of car dealerships . i have told them i am calling the police and they get nasty they tell me they will not process my loan and do not want to deal with me
i have asked them over the past 6 mos NOT to call me and they do, my # is even on a do not call list and they still call. these scam need to be stopped |

| PLEASE ALL OF YOU REPORT THIS TO THE FCC. FCC.GOV I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE SAME HARASSING CALLS AND JUST FILLED OUT A COMPLAINT FORM ON THE FCC'S WEBSITE. MAYBE THE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY RECEIVED THE BETTER CHANCE WE HAVE OF THEM DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. |

I just received a card from NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK, Newport Beach, CA, inviting me to refinance my current auto loan. I'm not sure how they obtained my current monthly car payment, the interest rate and the balance I owed on the car. Pretty scary, hah? Their offer looks very covincing and is too good to be true so I started checking them out.

I also received a card yesterday from NATIONAL AUTO LOAN NETWORK from Costa Mesa inviting me to refinance my current auto loan. Dont know if this is scam or not...but their offer looks pretty convincing too...

| I'm getting these calls too. They called me before 9:00 this morning. I read above where someone said they would start cursing them if they keep calling. Well I did curse them and then they called back on an unknow number and asked me "if I want to die". So now I've been threatened by them and don't know what to do. They were calling about every half hour, but after I go threatened, they haven't called back and that was about 2:00 p.m. And by the way, the accent was an Indian accent and sounded like the same person each time. I'm not sure if the person that threatened me was the same one that called. The nerve of them. They're harassing me and when I say something that they don't like, they call and threaten to kill me. What is this world coming to? May God help us all!!! |

| i received a call from this company today stating i had applied for a autoloan and i didn't. He had all my information social security number. also my place of work and the phone number here. He also asked to run a credit report. After we were done talking is when i got online to look up this company and saw that they are a fraud. I tried calling back several times. The first time i can hung up on me. Then i called back and talked with a indian guy name David. Who when i called already new my name. I explained to him what had happen and that i didn't want a autoloan and he too hung up. i'm going to report the number to my attorney general's office immediately |
