Took my Money and never heard from them again!

I signed up for the smartlipo procedure. I had to pay up front in order to make my appointments so that is what i did. I went in for the first part of my procedure and had another scheduled for early august. They canceled on me on 3 different occasions, and never called to reschedule. I called the Oak Brook number, lincoln park number and the 855 nnumber online to try and get a refund I continued to get the run around and now all the numbers I try are no longer in service. I dont know what my next step should be...

I got into a same situation with Axiology Aesthetics. I paid them $2100 and never got anything done. When i tried to call them to schedule an appt. the phones were disconnected. I drove to Shamburg and Oakbrook locations but offices were closed. (nobody there) I was wondering if you were able to get any information on them?
