Bakersfield BMW makes me feel a not valued customer and failed on the customer solution regarding the warrant at Bakersfield, California

First of all, English is not my primary language and I will try my best to make sure my English grammar is clearly. I am deaf andI communicate in American Sign Language andplease do not heistate to contact me if you do not understand my comment.


I just bought a new used car at BMW Bakersfield and I have paid all the warrants, tires and wheels program and the amount value of my car. There are some problems in my car and I have called them for assistance. They seemed to avoid my questions and one sale assoication stated they cannot provide me a repair or can limited to provide even though they knew I have warrant. I wonder they are trying to advantage of me on the money due to my deafness or not willing to communicate with me.


I have tried to contact them numberous of times and they did not really contact or provide me a very little answers which makes it seem like they don't want to work with me anymore afterI bought car. What it makes me really feel like they took my money and left me without any communication?!


I need help on this issue.
