Bank of America

Put my income tax into some one eleses account and won't give it back.

I filed my state and federal tax on turbo tax and left out a number on my bank account. I admit I made the mistake. But my name was on the deposit and it was one number off from my account. Bank of America confirms the deposit to the other account. But told me that they can't (more like won't fix the error). It's "policy" they say. I just can't believe my bank. Where I have banked for 10 years would rip me off like this. I knew that people hated Bank Of America and I now know why. I will have to get an attorney to get my tax dollars back from Bank Of America.
